Playing music during a meditation should usually be avoided, so that you can find your own contact with yourself. If you are not used to quiet your mind and do need this type of sitting in the Healing current, invoking the help of spirit beings like Ignacio di Loyola, that you can use this specially designed music, playing it on a very low volume. It is up to you how long you want it to run. Maybe 10 minutes would be enough, or 30 or the whole 60 minutes. You chose and put the repeat button on, if needed.
This music is specially designed to keep your mind alert but not to catch your attention. Hopefully by its very design it will fade in the background of your mind.
